Billy Hill of Galveston has a career in real estate, but photography is his passion. He walks the beach each morning taking shots, he has a webcam on the top of his building at 43rd Street that posts images to g-townsurf.com each day and he works as a contract photographer for the city and others.
Surf report and other information are included at his site, but it was his image of the recent solar eclipse and a fisherman that caught our attention at Lone Star Outdoor News.
It was cloudy where we were, but the skies opened up at Galveston. Using his Nikon D-7000, Hill shot this lone fisherman with the eclipse in the background.
Nice.
