Outdoor industry veteran, Kim Rappleye, will join the Dallas Safari Club (DSC) as the group’s first Chapter Development Coordinator, effective November 23.

Rappleye will spearhead the development and growth of the newly established Chapter Network. The goal of the network is to bring together like-minded conservation groups without geographical ties to the club as chapters which will be an influential part in achieving DSC’s vision.

“Our Chapter Network is a very high priority for DSC as we work to conserve wildlife and habitat and protect hunters’ rights around the world. There’s no better person suited to this new role than Kim Rappleye,” said DSC Executive Director Ben Carter. “His passion for conservation and his ability to connect with local groups to unite them towards a common goal will be invaluable to DSC.”

Rappleye has worked in the outdoor industry and the world of conservation for Safari Club International as the group’s Field Operations Manager and prior to that, for the NRA in field operations.

Conservation organizations interested in becoming affiliate chapters of DSC should contact the Kim Rappleye at (435) 213-3274 or kim@biggame.org.
