Nikon’s recently released M-TACTICAL and P-TACTICAL riflescope lineups are changing expectations in the tactical riflescope market and at a price point that is simply undeniable. Both the M-TACTICAL and P-TACTICAL family of riflescopes offer all new MOA and MRAD reticles, as well as the tried-and-true, caliber-specific BDC reticles, combined with Nikon’s proprietary glass and multicoating technology. The M-TACTICAL and P-TACTICAL families of riflescopes carry Nikon’s renowned Fully Multicoated Optical System that is engineered for maximum edge-to-edge clarity, light transmission and contrast in both low-light and bright shooting conditions.
Purpose-built reticles include MK1-MOA and MK1-MRAD variants with matching turrets to provide shooters with repeatable precise adjustments to dial to extreme distances. Rimfire rifle shooters can also get in on the action with the new P-TACTICAL RIMFIRE, which comes in either the BDC 150 or the all-new MK1-MOA reticle that will surely surpass typical rimfire shooters’ expectations.
Shooters with a preference for cartridge-specific reticles have .223 and .308 caliber, BDC 600 and BDC 800 respectively, available in the M-TACTICAL riflescopes.
The P-TACTICAL family offers caliber-specific models for .223, 300 AAC Blackout and .308. Each of these offerings can be optimized by utilizing Nikon’s SPOT ON ballistics to bring challenging targets within reach quickly and accurately.
M-TACTICAL riflescopes are equipped with a 4x zoom ratio packed inside the 30mm main body tube, maximizing light transmittance as well as offering a side-focus parallax on long-range models, providing users parallax adjustments to correspond with the distance to the target. P-TACTICAL riflescopes are equipped with 3x zoom ratio inside the 1” main body tube on variable models.
Each M-TACTICAL and P-TACTICAL model features exposed Spring-Loaded Instant Zero-Reset turrets, machined from aluminum, for both windage and elevation adjustments without breaking shooting position. The exposed turrets are engraved for maximum readability while offering smooth, repeatable adjustments.
