The Houstonian Hotel is hosting its 2nd Annual Outdoors Dinner on
Thursday, April 29th at 6:30 p.m. in the Grande Ballroom and outdoors behind the historic Manor House estate at the hotel. The event will be an entertaining and socially distanced evening with fellow anglers and hunters promoting sustainable hunting, clay shooting, and fishing. Guests will arrive to a casual and welcoming cocktail reception and stroll booths from hunting, fishing and destination partners.

Special guests include Briley, Rancho Buena Vista Mexico, Escopeta Shooting Academy, Enrico Puglisi Flies, Gordy & Sons Outfitters, Game Girl Gourmet. 8WT Charters, Greater Houston Sports Club, Wildrose Kennels, Shoppa’s John Deere, Gum Creek, and outdoors artist Chance Yarbrough.

The evening includes Houstonian Executive Chef Neal Cox’s seated, three-course dinner of Bandera Stuffed Quail & Wood-Fired Gulf Oysters, Tijuana Salad, Wood Grilled Ribeye with House Rub, Sides and Tres Leches, with wine and beer.

The night will end outdoors around the Manor House estate restaurant’s fire pit. Cost is $159++ per guest. Masks are required indoors when not eating or drinking. The event is limited in the number of attendees to facilitate social distancing. For reservations email Celebrations@Houstonian.com.
