Registration opens for PSCA shooting event

by Editor

Registration is now open for  event no. 3 of The Professional Sporting Clays Association tour, scheduled for June 28-29 at Caney Creek Lodge in Teague. Both amateur and professional shooters will be competing.

Based on popular demand, the event is now amateur shooter friendly — there will no longer be random squadding. All amateur participants may now shoot with friends and family. Referees will be present to provide scoring at each station.

Amateur shooters are encouraged to participate. This is a NSCA-registered shoot using the Saturday PSCA Pro qualification courses. The targets will not be changed. The top two amateur men and women from each course will have the opportunity to shoot with the professional competitors on Sunday afternoon and will potentially be included in the PSCA television coverage. Complete rules and regulations at www.winscoreonline.com, along with registration information.

Admission is free for spectators and everyone is encouraged to attend and watch the competition.  The show will air  Sundays from July 27 to Sept. 26  at 9 p.m. (central) on NBC Sports.
