The 30th Annual Texas Hunters/Sportsman’s Expo is coming back to the NEW McAllen Convention Center (CORNER OF EXPRESSWAY 83 AND WARE RD.), July 23, 24, 25, 2021.
“We have had solid crowds over the past 29 years, and the show’s attendance continues to grow each year. It Really Gets Better each year!!! This 3 day weekend event is expected to draw several thousand hunting & fishing enthusiasts and visitors from both sides of the Texas/Mexico border,” said show director, Justin Curl. “We are going to have items for everyone and a variety of exhibits to enjoy. We will have smaller exhibits with more affordable items as well.”
The Texas Hunters/Sportsman’s Expo is recognized as the highest quality Hunting/Fishing trade show in South Texas, designed for the WHOLE family. This is the only show of it‘s kind south of San Antonio and North of Monterrey Mexico.
The show features guides and outfitters from across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Africa, booking hunts for Trophy Whitetail, Big Game, Exotics, Bear, Nilgai, Moose, Elk, Mule Deer, Turkey, Quail, Dove, Waterfowl, Trophy Bass & Saltwater fishing trips and more.
Manufactures and dealers will be on hand offering special show prices on Hunting Blinds – Feeders – Gun Safes – Custom Knives – Hunting Vehicles – ATV’s- Boats – Fishing Rods & Reels- Camouflage – Ranching Equipment – Tractors – Hunting Accessories and Supplies.
We also have the “mom & pop” outfits on hand selling their goods and services and special show prices….
This is not just a show for the hunter. This is a show for the angler and has become a family event in the R.G.V. Fishing guides and camps will be on hand as well to book that fishing trip of a lifetime. There will be the lastest in fishing rods, reels, lures, boats. motors and more. Additionally, Fish Stix Rods will have a large exhibit of fishing tackle and rods at special show prices. Bayside Marine, Dargel Boats, Shallow Sport, New Water Boats, just to name a few.
Anglers, you want to take a trip to the best lake in the world, then stop by and visit with Ron Speed Jr. and take that trip to the World Famous Lake Picachos in Mazatlan, Mexico. Trophy Bass, 100 fish per day and all the first class accommodations you can dream of.

“This is a show the entire family can enjoy,” Curl said. “There is something here for everyone. Wildlife Art, Hand-crafted Rustic Furniture, Bar-B-Q Pits, Smoked Meats, Gourmet Foods and Exotic and Silver Jewelry, are just a few of the exhibits and attractions. Another crowd pleasing favorite is the free samples of the latest homemade jellies, jams, beef jerky and wild game jerky, roasted almonds and much more! We will have several ladies exhibits too! WE KEEP THE LADIES SHOPPING, SO THE MEN CAN SHOP TOO!”
Curl further stated, “The July Expo promises to be one of the best shows ever… we’re bringing back all the “old” favorites, but we continually add new exhibits each year.”

Frank will perform all 3 days at the expo.
Frank is an instinctive archer that has been shooting a bow and arrow since the age of 4 and on stage at the age of 18 where he has been performing shows the media has dubbed “an amazing array of bow and arrow razzle dazzle.” Come see Frank shoot a baby aspirin out of the sky…
